Valid IDs: Submit copies of government-issued identification to confirm your identity.

Philippine TIN Number: Have your Tax Identification Number ready, as it is essential for the reservation process.

Online Reservation Agreement Form: Complete and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation’s terms and conditions.

Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is PHP 50,000 for the non loft unit, PHP 100,000 for the loft units and PHP 20,000 for parking. This is payable through our online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payment can also be made through Cash, GCash, and Dated Check payable to DMCI-PDI.
After reservation, additional requirements include:
