First Steps to Success

1. New Agent Orientation
Your first step is to attend our New Agent Orientation. These sessions are held almost every day, either in person or virtually via Zoom. During the orientation, you'll learn about the real estate industry, our operations, and what you need to do to succeed.

2. Facebook Profiling
After attending the orientation, it's time to update your Facebook profile to reflect your new professional role. Coordinate with your sponsor or team secretary to get the Filipino Homes (FH) Facebook cover photo. This step helps establish your professional online presence.

3. Register to LR Dashboard
Next, register on the Leuterio Realty Dashboard. Ask your sponsor for the Leuterio Realty Link or Code, and use it to fill out the registration form. Once done, send us a message to confirm your registration.

4. Register to FIRE
Enhance your knowledge by registering and taking courses at the Filipino Institute of Real Estate (FIRE). Complete the courses and exams to earn your e-certificate. This training covers essential topics like real estate principles, accreditation, laws, and specifics about Filipino homes.

5. Submit Requirements
After completing the steps above, submit the following documents within 10 days after your orientation to receive a free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate:

Any valid ID
Transcript of Records/Diploma
Pre-Engagement Contract
Completely signed endorsement letter
NBI clearance
Signed and notarized Filipino Homes Contract (17 pages)
